Reducing size of photos to send via e-mail

Windows has stopped asking me if i want to resize my photos before sending
them via e-mail. How do i switch this option back on? And how did i manage to
switch it off??

Please help

Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI... and that there is a .
between ...W and DLL

This will take a second to run and the function will be back.
