reduce file size?

hi,
in this file I need to have png pictures and each picture
covers the entire slide, + five videos which are linked.
There are also two Flash files imported, they are 200 KB
each.

- The pictures are shrinked in PP to 66% of the original
size. They are created from a pdf, which is low
resolution.
- The videos are max 5 MB each.

I need to insert png pictures due to the complexity, with
photos and overlay effects. There are upto six color
photos in the original composition on one slide, made in
InDesign CS.

My problem is this file is 28 MB now. How can I reduce
the size and still keep the look?

Marianne,

Is the presentation aimed for "on-screen" or "projected" use?

If so you need to start thinking in pixels...
