Redistribute rsh.exe

Hi,

Are we allowed to redistribute rsh.exe of XP SP1 to our SP2 customers as
there seems to be a problem with rsh.exe supplied with SP2?. This is crucial
for us as it can completely sabotage all of our work as the rsh.exe that got
updated in SP2 is all buggy and doesn't accept input from STDIN when given
using "<" operator.
