there are 3 email account in the same domain (using exchange server)
(1) (e-mail address removed)
(2) (e-mail address removed)
(3) (e-mail address removed)

i would like to ask that how to set a rule at bbb's account (using outlook)
to redirect aaa's emails to ccc's account when aaa sends emails to bbb?

thanks a lot

With Outlook 2003 you can create a redirect rul for that. For previous
versions you can create a forward rule.

-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

In addition to what Roady said, to create that rule, you need to be running
Outlook with a profile that logs directly into bbb's account.

first, i am using outlook 2000
second, i have created this rule at bbb's account (using outlook)
"Apply this rule after a message arrives
with aaa in the sender's address
redirect it to (e-mail address removed)"

However, this does not work. if i check the sender's address from other
domain (eg. yyy.com), it works fine.
The problem i encountered is that i can't redirect emails within the same
domain.

IIRC, that's a client-side rule. You need to build a rule that can run on
the server, since you're not planning to stay logged in like that, are you?
The condition to use is "from people or distribution lists." Select bbb's
account from the GAL.

Reread my last post, where I explained what you need to do.

ok
but if i need to redirect all emails with @xxx.com at bbb's account to a
group of people within the same company (xxx.com), how to set this rule?

i mean i have to redirect all incoming emails (which are sent by other staff
in the same company) of bbb's account to a group of people (which are in the
same company).

i built this rule at bbb's outlook
"Apply this rule after a message arrives
with @xxx.com in the sender's address
redirect it to ccc and ddd and eee and fff"

but it does not work

Please and Please help me

That's quite different from what you originally asked and can't be easily
done with server side rule.

You originally said you wanted a rule:

As I said earlier, you must use the condition "from people or distribution
lists" to get a server-side rule. If aaa is sending the mail, then select
aaa's account from the GAL.

If you want this rule to apply to mail from everyone, then select each
person's account and add it to the same rule condition.
