I just want to ask is there any way I can set "redial attempts" in internet
connection property above 99? I want to be sure that it will try to
reconnect until dial succeed.

If you are concerned that it is going to take more than 99 attempts then I
suggest that, if it did, then there would be a problem with your modem,
phoneline, ISP or all three. It doesn't need more than 99 attempts; if it
takes more than that then there is something wrong. Not worth worrying
about in my opinion.

If you redial more than "3" times, you got other problems. Should be asking
that question. What connect issues are you having?

The problem is that sometimes I am disconnected from my isp, sometimes for
10min, sometimes for 1hour. So I want to reconnect as soon as possible.

I just want to ask is there any way I can set "redial attempts" in internet
connection property above 99? I need to set "time between redial attempts"
to 5sek.

The # of redial attempts have little to do wiyth you obtaining a connection.

Change ISP!!!
