red ink trouble

I have followed all instructions in the book that came with my printer. I
have also cleaned and allined heads. I have cleaned the cartridge and I still
am not getting red ink when I print something. What can I do to fix this
problem? I have a hp office jet 6110 xi all in one.

Have you checked out HP's knowledgebase on their web site?
