RED Inbox Messages.

You can't. Message formatting rules are client side. You can set the message
to be high priority so it'll get an exclamation point next to it but that's
about it

.... Although I found another way of doing this and it works great.
I simply set a flag with a past "Due By" time. Then when the message arrives
in the recipint's Inbox, it is already Red. :-)
