recycler not recycled

What does this directory in root that comes up called recycler mean? I
don't mean the recycle bin but it's called recyler. THere's so much about xp
I don't know.

Google is a good resource, www.google.com . Use it to search on the web or
google groups for what is recycler folder. For example this would have
popped up.
