Recycled/Recyclers Folders - What's the difference ?

I notice that in some of my Partitions I have two Folders - a "
Recycled " and a " Recyclers "

What is the difference ?

The Recycled or Recycles or Recyclers folders are
typically created by programs that automatically delete
files like temp int files, history, cookies, etc. If you
have software like that installed then that is why the
additional folders have been created. On the other hand,
if windows sees that the recycle bin is corrupt or invalid
format it will create an additional folder.
