Recycle bin

Just a quick question. Is there any worldly way possible
to retrieve data that has been deleted and sent to the
recycle bin and the recycle bin has been emptied.

Undelete software, such as Undelete from www.execsoft.com

However, the more you use the machine, the more likely it will be that
the deleted data will be overwritten w/ new data.
