recycle bin

I am running Widows 2000. I have 3 hard discs C, D and E. The Recycle icon
on my desktop seems to refer only to the C drive - but some programs (e.g.
Nero CD burning tool) show 3 separate recycle bins when I browse my
directories.
These are my questions:
1) Are there 3 separate recycle bins?
2) Is it possible to see any of them and their contents froms within Windows
Explorer?

* Yes right-click the desktop icon and choose properties.
2) Is it possible to see any of them and their contents froms within Windows
Explorer?

* Yes look in the \recycler directory on each drive.
