Recycle Bin

When I put stuff in Recyle Bin, it automatically deletes
it. I have tried to correct it, but nothing works.
Previously I had been using Norton's System, all worked
good, but NO longer using Norton's.

I also am trying to delete/remove AVG anti-virus program,
but it says I must have Administrator Rights, being the
only user, I have doubled checked my settings, I have
that right, yet my PC doesn't regognize it.

Hi

Try this:

Right click on the Recycle Bin icon and select Properties. Make sure that
'Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when
deleted.' is disabled.
