Hi,
2 days ago, I noticed my recycle bin icon was gone. now it
is back, but the icon itself doesn't change from empty to
full when I put files into it. Also, when I do try and
empty the bin I get an error message like this:

error: invalid procedure call or argument
code:0
file: c:\winnt\web\recycle.htt
continue running scripts on this page: yes / no
hitting either yes or no has no effect and the recycle bin
doesn't empty itself
I am using win2000 Professional
any help appreciated
