Recycle bin is corrupted

We have a user who when trying to use her recycle bin that
it is corrupted. Anyone know why she has XP Professional.
The only thing i can think of is that we upgraded our
servers recently and because of this we had to join users
to the new server and copy their profiles across. But i
don't know of a way to fix this.
