Recycle Bin inaccessible

Anyone has ever dealt with the recycle bin not able to be
right clicked on or opened? Is not a profile
issue 'cause it also occurs under admin profile. More
detail explanation will be that you can delete stuff,
they go to the recycle bin, but when you double click the
recycle bin to open it, you can't. You can't view what's
in it and you can't right click to see properties or
anything.

Please help!
 
You should be able to correct this from a command prompt.

* Open a command prompt (start | run | cmd | ok)
* type: rmdir /s /q <drive letter>:\recycler

/neo

ps - you may have to unhide the folder first by doing an attrib -h
