Recycle Bin Folders

When I open Windows Explorer none of the partition on my two hard driver
have a Recycle Bin folder in it, the only Recycle Bin that I have is the
one on the Desktop and one at the bottom of the page of Windows Explorer
.. I use to have a recycle folder in each partition on my hard drive,
how can I get the folders back. I ran the Recycle Bin reg file that is
on Kelley's Korner to repair or replace the Recycle Bin , but it didn't
help.

Have you turned on 'show hidden and system files' in Explorer (tools,
folder options, view, tick the 'show hidden' box .. now go down further
and UNtick the 'hide system files' box .. and INSIST, when Explorer
tries to dissuade you).

You should now see something called 'recycler' on all drives. Do NOT
mess with this manually (and that goes double for System Volume
Information).
