Recycle Bin emptying hidden files

Help..... when I try to empty my recycle bin it trys to empty 37 files that I
cannot see listed. The files seem to be windows system files . I have
tried to restore all files in the recycle bin, but anytime I try to empty it,
those 37 invisible files are still there. Any ideas?

Click on the letter "R" and scroll down to the Recycle Bin section to
find your issue.
