For a reason that I do not know, my normal recycle bin
icon has been turned into a standard windows folder icon.

I have attempted to go to the desktop properties and set
it back but this does not work. The entries in the
registry correctly point to the shell32.dll file....

any thoughts?
Thanks

goto
------------------------------------
control panel..display..desktop tab..[customize] button.
....pick [restore defaults]..pick [ok].
-------------------------------------
pick [theme] tab..........
notice in the "theme:" [box] it should have word
(modified).
pick [save as] button...fill-in a file name
(ex: yourname_dsktp). file becomes yourname_dsktp.theme
-----------------------------------
if you change 'anything' in [display] properties window
you should repeat the [save as] process.
--------------------------------
fun trick...use a recycle bin (one empty/one full) from
two different themes in your desktop theme....have fun
with this.!!!

i keep a backup of theme file(s) on diskette (use [send
to = a: ])

to reload a previous saved theme goto
yourname_dsktp.theme file
and pick on it. you can have as many theme files as you
want....

Right-click the desktop, desktop tab, customize desktop button. Change
the recycle bin icons to whatever you want.
