When one of the PA's is scheduling a conference room for a recurring meeting
more than 6 weeks in advance, she sees a graphic display of the calendars of
other attendees. For some attendees, she sees only blue bars for their
appointments; for others, she sees a grayed out bar with verical has marks in
it.

Can anyone explain the grayed out bar? I can send a screenshot if I didn't
explain it well enough.

It means their free/busy availability is not published out as far as the
scheduler is looking. It can also mean that they have their mail delivered
to a .pst and not exchange, or any number of other things.

Thanks Milly.

It looks like it is being caused by a known bug in the Legato Co-Standby
software. Legato hasn't told me houw to fix it, yet. At least, I know
where it is coming from.
