Recurring holidays

How do I set a recurring holiday for the workday after New Year's Day or the
workday after Christmas?
 
I don't think you can do it with a recurrence pattern since Outlook doesn't
really have the concept of "first workday after" built into its recurrence.
You'd have to manually create it or add the days to the Outlook.HOL file
following the format used in that file (it's a text file so you can edit it
in Notepad).

the regualar holidays can be set by Outlook (2003) itself

Tools/Options/Preferences/Calendar Options.../Add Holidays.../
