Recreating computer accounts

I am running dcpromo to demote a 2000 server and then running it again to promote it back into the domain and I am wondering if there is a tool to recreate the computer accounts. I am using the addusers tool for my user accounts but can find nothing for the computer accounts. Is there an easy way?
