Recovering Toolbars After a Re-Install

I have just had occasion to reinstall OUTLOOK 2003 Pro, and need to
recover my toolbars. During the re-install a backup was made of the
existing OUTLOOK installation. Can I simply reload that and have my
toolbars back? I'd want to do a current back up of just the eMail
messages before reloading the backup I guess. Am I on the right track
here?

Toolbar customizations are stored in a file called outcmd.dat which is stored
in a hidden folder in Windows 2000 and XP. You can find the answers to all
