Does anyone know how I can recover a previously saved version of an excel file - I saved the file then realised I had accidentally deleted a lot of data. I need to recover it.
Have you sent the file to anyone as an attachment? Unless you have a backup
of your file, I am afraid it is gone forever.
You can make an automatic backup of your important files by
Save>Tools>General Options>*check the Always Create Backup box*>OK.
