Recovering Monitor Adaptor

Accidently disabled "monitor adapter" , then re-booted - now cant see a screen but the windows does boot because the start up sound is the same......How do i get back my monitor adapter when i cant see a screen??? I have the Windows xp install disk...Is there anyway i can re-install monitor adapter without re-installing xp???
 
If you can, boot into safe mode and see if you can get the drivers back.
