recovering inbox details and contacts

I removed a Microsoft Exhange email address from the list of email addresses
and in the process lost all the inbox, sent items, calendar and contacts
details that had been replicating onto my laptop from the server.

I no longer have access to the Exchange Server but assume the details of the
inbox, sent items, calendar and contacts must still be saved on my hard disk.
How can I locate these and how can I reinstate them in my Outlook folders?

I am using Outlook 2003 running with XP.

Many thanks

Chris

They're probably in your .OST file if you were running in cached mode. To
recover them, since it sounds like you deleted the associated Exchange
profile, you'd need a tool. You might check with www.officerecovery.com.

Make sure you inlcude hidden files and folders dureing your search. By
default the should be in;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
