I recently used a system recovery cd for my computer. I
wanted to use the option that would allow for your files
to be saved and your software to be reinstalled. I did
that and when I restarted my computer the other users
information was available and mine is still locked. It
reads "access denied." I am the administrator, shouldnt I
be able to see all files? I know though, when I re-
entered the names of users, I put my nickname name in,
instead of the previous user name. I think that might be
the reason as to why I cannot retrieve my files. How can
I get my files back?
