I accidentally deleted my Multimedia Audio Processor from my HP laptop with
XP. Is there any way to recover this?

If your PC has a software/hardware recovery disk (not the restore disk) it
can be reinstalled from that.
If your PC has a hidden restore/recovery partition it can be reinstalled
from there.
Go to HP's support site and download the software/drivers if available for
you specific Make/Model PC.

Are they still in the Recycle Bin?

Download and run Restoration or another Undelete program. The more you
use the hd with the deleted files, the more data you overwrite, so you
should download the program to a flash drive, or floppy and run it from
there.
