Recover Outlook messages

Hi, I changed a lot of hardware in my PC - naively thinking my XP would boot up as normal and just hernia a little. But it expired instead. I have my boot HDD intact, how do I recover/move my email messages (using Outlook Express) to the new installation of XP - will use a fresh HDD.
