My laptops harddrive has crashed and i lost everything, is there a way
to recover the emails from my harddrive because there were important
emails.

is there a program that can do a full recovery of a formated
harddrive??


Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

The best policy is, of course, to back up all important files
at regular intervals, e.g. weekly, to an independent medium.
A 2.5" disk in an external USB case makes a low-cost but
highly effective backup medium. Unfortunatly many people
adopt this approach only after they have suffered a disaster,
not before.
 
DBXpress, run in disk mode is probably your best bet.
