recover deleted NOTES in Office 2007

HELP! I deleted my NOTES in Office 2007 and cannot locate them to recover.
I tried system restore and it did not return them. Where do deleted NOTES go?

They go to the Deleted Items folder as do all Items that you delete.

Where is the deleted itmes folder? I don't know how to find it. Thank you

On the left side of the screen in Outlook you have a Navigation Pain. Set
it to show the Folder List and you'll then see all of your Outlook Folders.
You do that by clicking the folder icon in the bottom left corner of your
Outlook screen. The top of the Navigation Pain should then say "Folder
List". Use this view a lot. It's the only wholistic View of what you have
in Outlook.

There's a folder there called "Deleted Items".
