Oh my God! what have I done.

I have just put a folder of work that I need into the recycle bin and then
emptied it.

Is there any way of recovering the folder?

Please.

Cheers

Depends if you really need them or not. You need to Buy a
program to do it. You need to get off the hard drive NOW.
Do not write to it. Get this program on another computer
or the follow the directions. If you download it on that
system disk you will overwrite the data. You could take it
to a CD-R if you have one.

Get REST2514.EXE from...

http://hccweb1.bai.ne.jp/~hcj58401/

Undelete files/folders, runs from a floppy, nothing to install,
nothing to remove, and it's FREE. Can you do better than that?

Aloha,

Try system restore:

Start-> All Programs-> Accessories -> Systems Tools ->
System restore.

** Choose, restore my computer to an earlier date.

You may also would be interested to see here:

System Restore won't restore deleted files like that. It *may* work,
but that is not whay it is designed to do and more often than not
won't work for this purpose.
