recover deleted file

help...I've 'permanently' deleted a document file after
removing all files in windows/local settings/contenti.e5
to recyle bin and deleting them and cannot recover the
file. any suggestions??
 
If you have not done anything that would overwrite the now freed file space,
file recovery software (of which there is a wide variety available - try
Google) would enable you to recover the deleted file.
