recover cut files

Does anyone know if it's possible to recover a file from
the hadr drive that was moved to an external storage
device, but which was subsequently accidentally deleted
from that device? It's not in the recycle bin and I
can't find it using the search function.

If you've been using the pc the file was originally on then your chances
of getting that file back are next to ZERO.

I wouldn't say "zero", but certainly it would be a job for a
professional data recovery firm. I very much doubt that you or a local
