recover contacts

I pulled a MAJOR oops and accidentally deleted all my contacts from Outlook.
I am running 2000. Is there anyone who knows how to recover those? I deleted
them becuase my Palm was set to overwrite them and my palm lost power and
I was trying to restore them to the palm.

If they're not in your deleted items folder and you don't have a backup of
you Palm, they're gone for good.
