Recover Administrator Password Win 2000 Server

I've lost the local administrator password for one of our
Windows 2000 Servers. Can log on to domain as
administrator on this machine. How can I recover or
create a new admin password for the local server?

If you log into the machine as a Domain Admin account and Domain Admin is
still in the local Administrators group then you can simply reset the local
administrator password. Right Click My Computer and Manage. Under Users
right click on Administrator and set password.
