Recover a drive that says unallocated

Does any one know how to fix or recover a drive that shows up as Unallocated?
I upgrade my primary hard drive and now my secondary hard drive is showing up
as unallocated.
 
Windows XP doesn't recognize 2nd hard drive

Does it have a letter assigned to it in Disk Management?
 
No. It just shows up in Disk Management as Unallocated. It's also listed as
Basic and Online.
