You can't. That's why Excel displays a dialog when there's data in
worksheets you try to delete that states you'd be PERMANENTLY deleting
the worksheet. If you have backup copies of the file, you could load a
copy of the worksheet from one of them. If you don't have backup
copies, you'll need to recreate the worksheet from scratch.
