Records on forms

I have 4 different forms in my database when I click on my last textbox in my
first feild I have it going to my second and so on. The problem that I am
having is when I click on my last textbox in my last form, I also have this
last text box going to the first table. The records change only in the first
form and not the others. Can someone please help with this?
