I have a wav file of a lecture on my hard drive. I want
to dopy it to a CD-R using XP so that I can play it back
on my CD player. I tried using media player and it plays
fine on my computer but it wouldn't play on my CD player.
How do I do it?

Some older CD player dont support CD-R's. Try using
different cd media. make sure that you r making a audio
cd and not a data cd. (if you r burning in WMP you r
making an audio cd)

if none of that work, try downloading a trial copy of Nero
Burning ROM and try burning with that.

if none of that works your cd player doesnt support burned
media.

Did you copy it to the CD using wMedia player. I noticed
that when I copied music to the computer from music cd
(cda file) it copied as a wav file. But when copying back
it resolved it to a cda file again. it may work. Copying
the wav file straight to a cd won't work!!
