Is there a program that will sort my playlist so that there is as little
free space on 60 or 90 min. tape, group songs so they match tape length?

On some of spyware there were a couple of programs that did that. I
think one was called fill to the brim. I don't have the link this
second to that site but I will find it.

I'm guessing you mean:

AFAIK the app maximizes media usage based on file sizes. I rather doubt it's usefulness for audio
cassettes. . .

Load the files on Winamp and it will give you individual and total play
times, including a printed HTML list if required.
