radio broadcast.

Some random thoughts that don't go anywhere near answering your
question (short of suggesting a loop-back cable ;-p)

I'm not sure why that would change the legality... you don't
automatically have a right to re-use or broadcast other peoples
material - in fact quite the opposite. Note however that on the
podcast scene many resources are available *solely* for use in
derivative works - meaning that you can use material as part of a
larger (composite) work, but not distribute the original material "as
is" (check licences on an individual basis). Of course, podcasts would
tend to already be mp3 or similar, so less to do...
