Use Goldwave (http://www.goldwave.com) to record the tracks, then using the
same software de-click them and de-rumble them. You can also normalise the
volume with Goldwave and your wav files are ready to be burned onto CD if
you wish, either by WMP or by third party software (Nero for example).
You could do a search on Google to find other software similar to Goldwave,
and maybe free.
It is not possible to "rip" LPs as they are a purely analogue media. You
have to first record the LP music in real time onto your hard disc ( as a
WAV file) then once there, you can convert it to music file format of your
choice!
