Record A Macro?

Hello,

This is my first time in this particular group, so please
forgive my ignorance.

Is there a place to start reading articles about
recording macros in Outlook 2002? I am intimately
familiar with the process in Word & Excel, and perform
considerable programming with several VB versions -
principally VBA/VB.Net on MSO.

I want to create macros in Outlook that react to message
contents, but I don't know how to code a reference to
folders, Subject: text, Body text, etc.

Pointers, anyone?
