Recommended Uninstaller program

I was having trouble with computer and so did a format c:\ and
reinstalled win xp pro. Now of course there are no programs in the
add/remove folder of control panel. Will a simple delete remove some
of the programs I wish to remove that I have on the three other
partitioned drives as of course they can't still be in the registry
on C:\ as its new. And lastly what is a good program to use in the
future for uninstalling programs and junk left on the computer that a
dummy doesn't have to worry about removing needed files.

Yes you can since you reformatted your C: drive. However you do not need to
delete the files. Just reinstall the applications to the same location on
the other partitions. Reinstalling the applications will add the registry
entries and any files need by the application on the C: drive.
