This probably gets asked a lot but what are the best books a newbie to VBNET
with little to no programming experience should be reading to get well
acquainted with the language. Any thoughts on the following: Microsofts Step
by Step, Sams VBNET, Microsofts Coding Techniques for VBNET.

Thanks

Marz

In view of your 'little/no programming experience', I recommend you look at
one/some of these:
Mastering VB.Net Petroutsos/Sybex
VB.Net How To Program Deitel/Prentice Hall
VB.Net Programming Davis/Sybex
VB.Net Step by Step Halvorson/MS Press

I haven't read the Sams one;
would have thought that Coding Techniques might make a better
second/follow-up book for you , once you've got started.

Personal opinions - not everyone will agree.
