Any good, free, menu controls for ASP.NET you can recommend? Flyout menus
would be nice.

You can use the HVMenu control from www.dynamicdrive.com. that is a good one. easy in configuring etc.

If you wait for Whidbey, next version of .net, it has a built in menu control beign shipped with it
