recipients don't receive my e-mails

I recently moved my server from At&t to Comcast. My e-mail accounts are
correctly configured. My sent file shows the e-mails sent but recipients
aren't receiving them. I try to send them to myself and that doesn't work
either.
I appreciate anyone's assistance.

First thing I'd do is to double check the outgoing mail server settings.
Sounds like you might have something a bit askew there like authentication
or some such issue.
 
That's what I thougth but a Comcast technician double checked all my e-mail
settings. He was unable to resolve my issue and said I may need to increase
my memory. So I purchased and installed more memory. It has yet to work.
 
none. e-mails that I send out show in my sent file.

If the messages are getting to Sent Items, then they ARE being sent and
Comcast's server is failing to deliver them. Not an Outlook problem.
