If I e-mail a Word attachment (I have Word '03 and use OE for e-mail), the
people on the other end can't open it. Even *I* can't open it when I try
sending to myself. I saw the help in the Office category for this issue, but
it didn't work and was for Outlook, not OE. When I try to open it, it pops up
with an error message that says there isn't sufficient memory or I should try
Document Recovery.
I have tried saving as an RTF but when I do that, I get this message: >>This
page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.<< I'm not using the
browser, just saving in Word as an RTF and then trying to reopen the file.
The computer is less than a month old, so is the software, so I have no idea
what the issue is. Plus, my page view isn't retained. I put it in print
layout, close the file, reopen and it's in a different view (I did de-select
"Allow Starting in Reading View").
Is it the software? I have NEVER had problems like this with Word.
