how can I send emails without showing recipeints email addresses

Use the BCC field. That's what it's for.

Thank you for your reply russ, but I don't want to hide peoples names which I
would do if I used the BCC. I just don't want other recipeints seeing
everyones emails. I have recently started using Vista prior to Vista I could
hide recipeints email address and only their name would show on emails I
sent to groups.

Not with Outlook you didn't. It has no such ability unless you perform a
mail merge to electronic mail.
