Recieving continuous read message in MS outlook 2003

We are in a network domain.The problem is that we are recieving the
continuous read messages from a specific number of users in our domain in MS
outlook mail corresponding to a mail that we are sending to them.Please give
me your solutions.........

Hi - this isn't the best group for your question.
If you're using Exchange server, post in an Exchange group (with more
detail).
If you aren't using Exchange, post in m.p.outlook (with more detail).
